Land is the indispensable material basis and carrier of human existence and development. However, with the continuous increase of population as well as acceleration of Industrialization and urbanization, because of irrational use of land resources has led to a series of problems: declining per capita arable land, man-land relationship has become strained; Matching degree of poor soil and water mix, the level of land production potential is inadequate, quality degradation of land resources, reserve resources are limited, and so on. Therefore, comprehensive scientific evaluation of land carrying capacity, quantitative study of regional man-land relationship, for implementing the scientific concept of development, to improve the reality of the region carrying capacity of land resources and the intensive and efficient use of limited land resources, the realization of regional man-land relationship of harmony, reciprocity, symbiosis, has important theoretical and practical significance.This article on the base of domestic and foreign related research, elaborated the meaning of integrated land and the basic theory of carrying capacity comprehensively. The comprehensive land carrying capacity is the social, economic, environmental, and coordination of the coordinating role of the intermediary level of representation, with the traditional sense of the land carrying capacity compared to more emphasis on its comprehensive and systematic.Based on present situation and characteristics of land use, in the analysis of nearly a decade on the basis of land-use change, the effectiveness of regional land use and problems were summed up. Theoretical and empirical analysis using a combination of methods, from natural, ecological, economic and social point of selecting the appropriate evaluation of the four indicators of carrying capacity to build integrated land evaluation system of the city group Changzhutan realities of integrated land carrying capacity for integrated evaluation and analysis, and to improve regional integrated land carrying capacity to propose effective measures and recommendations.
