HanZhong Land Comprehensive Carrying Capacity Evaluation

Along with the speeding up of the urbanization pace, The contradiction between thedemand of unlimited land and the limited land supply is outstanding. The problem ofeconomic development, shortage of resources, population growth, the ecological environmentand so on is existing in the process of urbanization.land is a kind of scarce resource which cannot be regenerated. At a certain time and space,its bearing capacity is limited. Therefore,it isvery important to do research on land comprehensive carrying capacity of Hanzhong, andanalyse the current situation of land comprehensive carrying capacity, explorate ways how toimprove land comprehensive carrying capacity.This article start from the concept of the land comprehensive carryingcapacity,constructs the evaluation index system of Hanzhong land comprehensive carryingbased on soil and water resources carrying capacity,Eco-environment carrying capacity,socialresources carrying capacity and economic carrying capacity. Using AHP to determine theindex weight, the use of multi-factor analysis and comprehensive evaluation model toevaluate the carrying capacity and its regional differences. On the basis of evaluationresult,analyzing land comprehensive carrying capacity constrains of various counties.According to the constrains to propose improvement measures of comprehensive carryingcapacity of the land. The results show that: firstly,(1) The study area presents acomprehensive carrying capacity of the land and water resources carrying capacity of the landthe highest contribution, followed by ecological carrying capacity, followed by socialresources capacity, economic carrying capacity of a minimum contribution, the result showsthe study has a good natural environment, however, relatively slow economicgrowth.Secondly, Comprehensive carrying capacity of land divided into three zones, the firstarea includes Hantai, the second area includes Liuba, Foping, the third area Nanzheng,Chenggu,Yangxian,Xixiang,Mianxian, Ningqiang,Lueyang, Zhenba.Thirdly, based on thetheory of short board, analyzing land comprehensive carrying capacity limiting factors ofHanzhong, the limiting factors of Hantai was water and soil resources, other counties wereeconomic and technical.Finally,we put forward the proposal on land utilization,economicconstruction and so on to raise Hanzhong land comprehensive carrying capacity.
