| Risk management is the core of project management. With the continuously increase of product development projects, higher and higher of the customer quality expection, and difficulty of the project team management in S company, that the effect of risk management in project management is more and more important. Therefore, design a risk management method which complies with the automotive business development procedure and the characteristic of the product is becoming more and more urgent.。The paper analyses that the project management team of S company is not stable, working experience is not sufficient, project management experience is weak and the mess in risk management. It points out the necessarity to design a set of standard project risk management method to prevent the "people" factor in S company. Under this background, according to automotive business APQP procedure, risk management theory and WBS method, re- identifies and classifies all the potential risks in product development projects. And design out a 9P project risk management method which formed by project risk, people risk, product risk, process risk, planning risk, profitability risk, place risk, promotion risk and purchasing risk. With these 9 risks, design a standard risk assessment tools for each to assessment the project risk, take actions to priority risks. As the 9 risks are all start with letter "P", so this method is named 9P risk management method. The paper studied the 9P risks identification,9P risks classification,9P risk parameter definition,9P risk responsibility assignment,9P risk management target set,9P risk assessment sheet design,9P risk matrix and 9P project risk report, come into a complete 9P project risk management system.Finally, through a VOLVO product development project case, implement the 9P project risk management method. From this, showing the superiority and the deficiency in practice of the 9P project risk management method, and provide the improvement solution. |
