The Application And Research Of Extension Matter-element Evaluation Method In Northern Shaanxi Rural Infrastructure Construction

The paper discusses the development of the rural infrastructure in northern Shaanxi.Start from the research of the current situation of the rural infrastructure, it describes thestatus quo of the rural production, living, liquidity and social security infrastructure indetails of Yulin and Yanan and summarizes the advantages and disadvantage of northernShaanxi rural infrastructure. Based on the mastery of the current situation of the ruralinfrastructure in northern Shaanxi and according to the certain criteria and the overallgoal of improving the living environment of famers, the paper puts the production,living, circulation and social security as the main criteria level index of evaluation indexsystem. Then it constructs12sub-criteria level index through screening. At last, itscreens out26representative index of evaluation level though a lot of literature reviewand comparison. Moreover, though the expert scoring and using G1method, it finallydetermines the weight of each index.Though analyzing the applicability of the northern Shaanxi rural infrastructurewith the extension matter-element evaluation method and introducing the extensioncomprehensive evaluation method, the paper establishes the extension matter-elementevaluation model of the rural infrastructure evaluation in northern Shaanxi withextension analysis. This is the theoretical framework. Using the extensionmatter-element evaluation model, the paper determines each index evaluation grade andcalculates its correlation degree and value with the extension comprehensive evaluationof the rural infrastructure in Yulin and Yanan. What’s more, the evaluation results of therural infrastructure of Yulin and Yanan were compared and analyzed, and the rationalization proposal was put forward.Finally, the paper summaries and proposes the innovation points and shortcomingsof this research, and puts forward the direction of the future research.
