Research On The Effect Of Parternship On Core Competition Of Construction Enterprises

With the rapid development of the globalization and integration of the economy and more and more intensified market competition, enhancing the core competitiveness of construction enterprises becomes increasingly important. However, partnership in real economic activities directly affects the enhancement of core competitiveness of construction enterprises. Therefore, there are great theoretical and practical significance to have the research of the key issues of supply chain management on the effect of partnership to core competitiveness of construction enterprises.In this paper, the constitutes of partnership impacted the core competitiveness of construction enterprises been discussed and explored. In the concluding of previous research result of the partnership, we devided the partnership into three dimensions, the contribution of the relationship, the intimatement of the relationship, the performance of partner capacity. In this paper, the core competitive of construction enterprise had been divided into the level of the management, technical level, the level of the market. Constructe the theoretical model of the effect of partnership to core competitiveness of construction enterprises.The paper used the statistic tool SPSS to analyse the obtained 49 effective questiounaire.Got the conclusion as follow:Through the regression analysis and correlation analysis, the intimatement of the relationship of partnership has significant positive correlation with the level of the management and technical level of core competence of construction enterprises; the contribution of the relationship of partnership has significant positive correlation with the level of the market and technical level of core competence of construction enterprises; and the performance of partner capacity of partnership has significant positive correlation with the level of the market and management of core competence of construction enterprises. According to the finding of the study, construction enterprises can base on their actual situation to find out the factors which have bad effective on the supply chain partnership, Then improve the partnership of construction enterprises and other supply chain partner, improve the core competence of construction enterprises.This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is an introduction. The second chapter is literature review of partnership, core competitiveness of construction enterprises and the relationship between the two. The third chapter and four chapter that are the main parts are the research model and data analysis. The fifth chapter is the conclusion and prospect.
