With economic development, the market mechanism and the concept of enterprise also changed. The traditional manufacturing industry enterprise is also transforming to the modern manufacturing industry enterprise, which causes significant transformation of the enterprise' demand for the talents. The original marketing staff has not been able to adapt to the development of enterprises, manufacturing enterprises are gradually shifting from the need for more and more to the marketing professionals to multi-skill or talent and expertise and precision. This has prompted the recruitment of persons changing their ideas, followed by manufacturing enterprises, the demand for change on the impact of marketing professionals to the recruitment of sales personnel. Therefore Manufacturing enterprises should be scientific, effective and suitable marketing personnel have the ability to become more and more the focus of scholars.The first recruitment of the general theory introduced the concept of recruitment, the significance of the general process of recruitment, personnel selection methods and the choice of channels, etc., Recruitment strategies focused on the concept, content, and some well-known enterprises, recruitment strategies, as well as the status of recruitment marketing staff, marketing requirements and the quality of the content of the principle of recruitment; Second, in the paper, ZHONGXIN CO, LTD as a specific target for research. From the start with the recruitment of the general theory, combined with the ZHONGXIN CO, LTD's specific circumstances, the actual demand and the existing staff recruitment marketing strategy, the ZHONGXIN CO, LTD's marketing staff recruitment strategies were studied. Analysis the focus of marketing strategy and recruitment problems and the causes of the problem, in view of the West variable recruitment marketing strategy of the defects and unreasonable use of the relevant theory, put forward solutions and improvements; third, in line with the specific condition of the corporation, this thesis put forward some measures ensuring the enforcement of the strategy.In accordance with the suggestion and strategy bout the marketing stuff recruitment of the ZHONGXIN CO, LTD, this thesis can benefits the marketing stuff recruitment activity of other corporation similar to ZHONGXIN CO, LTD.
