Fowlling the Economic globalization,information technology and the market competition intensifies the living environment and organizational form changes a lot. As the Flat organizational structure, visualization and short-lived became normally for organization's development, the career development of individual appear some new features, migratory skills has become essential for individual career development. These changes declared the coming of boundaryless career era. As a standard of Weight, career Competence used to judge the individual's competitive strength in Boundaryless career era who was in organization or in the labor market outside. Then career Competence has gradually become the focus of scholars. Unfortunately, the study results of career Competence is poor. As the one who take the first staff to feel the resistance of career development in boundaryless career era, Managers were Selected to be our research objects. And this paper's purpose is to explore the elements of management career Competence,and build management career Competence, in order to enrich and improve the relevant theories of management career Competence. It has important practical reality meaning for the promotion managers to enhance their career Competence, also it is useful for company's development.Some overview work was did about career and related Research this paper, summarized the factors and new features of the individual's career development under economic and social environment nowadays; Through analysis the characteristics of manager and new features of their career development, also by learning the results of career Competence study, we determined the elements of career Competence preliminary. this paper used Questionnaire, Brainstorming, Expert advice, Human resource managers group Discussion, and the data of management Interview Collection, also the Collection of management Job requirements and Training points in Website, though those work we got the Elements of management career Competence. With using SPSS 11.5, AMOS 17.0 and other statistical tools, some Statistics and Analysis work was did with Survey data in this paper, the Structural Equation Model was also used to confirm the migratory Property of management career Competence. The results of this paper showed that The model of management career Competence Contains four major categories, and a total of 23 Elements;The manager in different Job hierarchy has the same career Competence model; The manager in different Job hierarchy has different Importance in four major categories of career Competence model; The management career Competence has Features of migratory in different department and Industry; Biographical Feature of individual can Impact the career Competence of management.This study and the results are consistent with characteristics of the management in china. On one hand, it filled the current gaps in past research; On the other hand,it was very useful for company to chose managers and education for college students who's major is management, also it provid a guiding role to the people who wants to enhance their career Competence.
