The Study On Human Resource Planning Of YZC Company

In the dynamic market competition environment, Chinese home textile industry are forging ahead. The small and medium-sized private enterprises, the majority of textile enterprises, are facing with many challenges and opportunities. There must be sufficient human resources in these enterprises if they expect sustainable and healthy development. It needs scientific and careful human resource planning job be done in the enterprises. YZC company, a small private textile enterprise, are developing the business rapidly. Being lack of Human resource planning, the company cannot get sufficient human resources to cope with fierce market competition, thus influencing the realization of enterprise strategic target.The human resource planning correlation theories were summarized in the paper. Then this article chose YZC company as the object of the application research about human resource planning by empirical approach. The internal and external environments which have effect on the human research planning of YZC company were analysed in detail. According to the YZC company's strategic target and its human resource allocation, the paper used zero basis analysis and management experience in forecasting methods to analyze the YZC company's human resource demands and human resource inventory methods to analyze the company's human resource supplies. Then, formulated the human resource planning of YZC company in five years.
