The Valuation Of Urban Land Use Benefit In Shaanxi Province

The size of urban land use increases rapidly in Shaanxi province. The degree and benefit of land use in each city is different in regions. Through the analysis of urban land use benefit in Shaanxi province, we can study the research theories, methods and practices in land utilization, and supply scientific analysis for the development of the three systems of city economy, society and ecology, which has an active reference to the reasonable spread and healthy development of urban land use in Shaanxi province.It has six chapters in this thesis. In chapter one, it introduces the research background, target and significance, and gives an overview of the topic both home and abroad and research idea and methods.Chapter two analyses the status quo of urban land use in Shaanxi province from the city system, urban area variation, and the elasticity of city expansion, and finds out problems and the reasons.In chapter three, the valuation system of urban land use benefit, which contains the subsystems of economic benefit, social benefit and ecological benefit and their 13 factors, is built, and the weight of each index is calculated by the methods of modified variation coefficient and generalized scale AHP.In chapter four, urban land use benefits are analyzed by standard deviation of indexes coordination analysis and cluster analysis, as well as the research results of the 11 cities.In chapter five, the suggestions of promoting the urban land use benefits are given, such as ensuring the coordination as the concept of the city development, encouraging the development of the secondary core– city, and the development tactics to be local.In chapter six, a conclusion is drawn.
