At present, China's agriculture production has been transited from small-scale and rough style to large-scale and intensive one, and from traditional agriculture to modern one. Household contract responsibility system is China's land administration system now. The only way to collect the farmland for large-scale management is to accelerate the circulation of land contract-management right (LCMR). This way not only can solve the land fragmentation and the phenomenon of land uncultivated, but also can achieve the goals which are optimizing the allocation of land resources, raising the efficiency of land use and promoting rural economic development. As the major participant of the land use right market, the wishes and behavior of farmers have a fundamental influence on the farmland transfer. The wishes and behavior of farmers is also affected by a variety of factor, therefore, the study on how these factors influence farmers land use rights has great benefitTaking Shangyu city and Xinchang county of Shaoxing city in Zhejiang Province as examples and through using the methods combining the qualitative and quantitative researching as well as normative and empirical analysis, this paper studied the wishes and behavior of farmers about land use right transfer in the sample area in-depth. Combined with the research, the paper not only maked the statistical description and analysis on land use rights transfer behavior of farmers in the sample area, but also applied the logit model to make the measurement analysis on the factors affecting the land use rights transfer wishes of farmers. Besides, the paper analyzed the main problems of land use rights transfer of the farmers simultaneously.
