With the rapid development of economic globalization and information technology, the economic restructure and sustainable growth brought about by high-tech industries have been the new trend of world development. To catch up with the tendency and enhance the foreign trade competitiveness is extremely urgent. This text has made in-depth analyses on this topic. Firstly, we rebuild Five-Force Model to explain the sources of foreign trade competitiveness according to the characteristics of high-tech industries. We find out that there are five factors to influence the competitiveness such as expansion ability, assimilation ability, technology support, finance and fiscal tax support, industrial and domestic support. Secondly, guided by Five-Force Model, we build two evaluation index systems about foreign trade competitiveness of high-tech industries by means of Factor Analysis and AHP. The results show that, the level of us is low due to the lack of technical innovations, financial support and environmental support. Also, we find that the gap between sub-industries is evident, and all of them have competitive disability. At last, on the basis of above analyses, we put forward some feasible measures to solve these problems.
