| Energy is an important material basis to ensure economies develop continually, stably and healthily, it has become one of the crucial factors to affect economic development. Because of its characteristics of different industries, there are significant differences between energy demand and total demand for all kinds of energy, therefore changes in industrial structure will bring changes into energy consumption; and changes in energy consumption would impact industries'development. In view of this, analyzing the relationship between industrial structure and energy consumption will help people to know the specific energy consumption characteristics of different stages, and thus adjust the industrial structure, optimize energy consumption structure to promote economic grow well.In this paper, industrial structure and energy consumption of Beijing are analyzed by qualitatively and quantitatively on the basis of their general theory. First of all, describing at large the industrial structure and energy consumption of Beijing and comparing it to the developed countries to know there is space to optimize the industrial structure and reduce energy consumption. Secondly, study their relationship from three perspectives:the changes in industrial structure and energy consumption; industrial structure and energy consumption structure; industrial structure and energy consumption intensity by use of quantitative models. Finally, suggestions of industrial restructure and future energy consumption are put forward. The purpose of the study is that to grasp the overall situation of Beijing's energy production and consumption and analyze the impact of industrial structure to energy consumption, then control Beijing's energy consumption effectively by adjusting and optimizing industrial structure. |
