Policy Suggestions On Adjustment Of Industrial Structure In Beijing From The Perspective Of Energy Consumption

Energy is the material basis for the healthy and stable development of social economy. China’s growth is restricted by more and more factors, such as climate, environmental loss and energy constraints, etc., one of the most important factors is the energy problem. The changes of industrial structure and energy consumption are able to influence each other.The change of industrial structure will directly affect the demand for energy and change the energy consumption structure. Different industry has the characteristics of their respective differences, and so does the total energy consumption and energy consumption. Therefore the adjustment of industrial structure plays an important role on the change of energy consumption. On the one hand it will make different varieties of energy such as coal, oil, natural gas consumption proportion and the total energy consumption changes; On the other hand, the differences of the intensity of different energy consumption have different promote or restrict effect on the development of three industries. Therefore under the perspective of energy consumption research, Beijing’s industry structure changes have the vital significance to optimize energy consumption structure, adjust the industrial structure be more rational, and promote the social economy better and faster.In this paper, what is based on the theory of evolution of industrial structure and energy consumption, I analyze by collecting the existing data, using the method of combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. On the one hand, the current situation of industrial structure and energy consumption in Beijing has carried on the detailed descriptive analysis. On the other hand, using grey correlation analysis, factorization method and matrix analysis model to analyze the industrial structure adjustment of Beijing and the total energy consumption, industrial structure adjustment and energy consumption structure and industrial structure adjustment and energy consumption intensity of three specific analysis to study the effect of the Beijing industrial structure and energy consumption, and put forward the adjustment of industrial structure rationalization proposal accordingly.
