Human capital was the primary capital of enterprise; organizational learning and organizational innovation were important management tools for the enterprise to maintain a sustainable competitive advantage. A mass of research indicated that human capital stock,organizational learning and organizational innovation had positive effect to performance,but very few study from the point of the factors of human capital value,researched the relationships between factors of human capital value and the performance,and also neglected the mediating effect of organizational learning and organizational innovation between the factors of human capital value and the performance.The thesis is mainly to discuss two questions:①discuss the general measure factors of human capital value.②whether the factors of human capital value can effect the enterprise performance through organizational learning and organizational innovation.Firstly,related researches about human capital,human capital value,organizational learning,organizational innovation and the performance were carried to overall review. Secondly,a concept model was established which reflected the relationship of human capital,human capital value,organizational learning,organizational innovation and the performance. And the theory assumptions were put forward. Thirdly,224 employees as the research object,according to the inquisition data,the SPSS15.0 and AMOS 7.0 software were used to analyze,the model and the theory assumptions were tested.Conclusions as follows:①Human capital value can be measured from five dimensions in general: knowledge, experience,skill,ability and attitude.②Knowledge,experience,skill,ability and attitude had positive effect on organizational learning and organizational innovation.③Organizational learning and organizational innovation had positive effect on the enterprise performance.④Organizational learning had mediating effect between the factors of human capital value and the performance,but no mediating effect between attitude and enterprise performance.⑤Organizational innovation had a significant mediating effect between the factors of human capital value and enterprise performance.Finally,the inspiration from the study as the fellow:①Organizational capabilities can not be ignored when research the human capital value effect on performance.②Enhance the capacity of organizational learning and innovation by human capital valve appreciation management.
