Study On Technological Agriculture Developmentin The City Of Beijing

Technological agriculture is a new agriculture development and an important direction for the development of modern agriculture. It can make a close contact between science and technology and agriculture production, exchange, consumption, and increase the rate of land utilization and agricultural products. This paper focuses on the definition, characteristic theory and the current situation of Technological Agriculture in Beijing. Proposed the problem on development. Focus the discussion on the development model, development of ideas and development strategies. This paper is to offer acceptable suggestions to Beijing government, and to find new aspect for technical agriculture development. Final purpose is to offer directional suggestions for Beijing technical agriculture development and the whole country.This paper is structured as follows:The first part mainly introduces the connotation, study content, features, and detailedly elaborates the thoery of technological agriculture development, such as the agricultural location theory, the comparative advantage theory, the green agriculture eco-development theory, the green agriculture organization and management theory, the sustainable agricultural development theory and so on.The second part detailedly analyzes Beijing's technological agriculture development status and compares the changes before and after the technological agriculture. This part also analyzes the problems of Beijing's technological agriculture development from the actual situation. This paper argues that currently impeding the Beijing's technological agriculture development have the following four key issues: the low quality of peasant culture, expenditure structure of technological agriculture funding needs to be adjusted, gradual reduction of agricultural land area, research, extension, application are out of line. The third part analyzes the Beijing's technological agriculture decelopment mode. According to the problems of technical agriculture development in Beijing.This part analyzes some kinds of choices that have been promoted from the characters of Beijing and the location advantage of Beijing. They are technical innovation mode, circulating agriculture development mode, travel-agriculture mode, natural agriculture industry mode, and interaction of cultivation of plants and animals mode. These modes have been learned by many experiments of abroad,and can be implemented in Beijing. Among these, the traveling agriculture, which both satisfies the citizens need for travelling,and make farmers get profits, is especially beneficial.The forth part firstly analizes the advantages of Beijing's technological agriculture development from five aspects: institutions and personnel, disciplines and fields, results, funding and policy. Then with the problems of agricultural development and advantages of Beijing's technological agriculture decelopment, this paper proposes some relational suspects to promote and solve the problems existing in Beijing's technological agriculture development from the aspects of research and promote, and enhance their quality, new technology and use, agricultural park reform, financial support, consumer attitudes and so on.
