| Nowadays, the rapid developments of computer technology and information technology have influences on modern enterprises'development approaches, its production and operation methods, organizational models and the internal mechanisms. Faced with the more and more drastic competition situation, the alliance enterprise which can combine advantages of different enterprises emerges, and it has been developed soon. As a new organizational form, Virtual Enterprise takes virtualization, informatization and knowledge as its natures. Information resources and intellectual capital are keys to success of Virtual Enterprise in competition. Therefore, the effective management of information and knowledge is the important factor of virtual enterprise management.Tacit knowledge plays an important role in improving the enterprise's core competitiveness and promoting its further development. It is hard to manage the tacit knowledge because it is a high degree of privatization of knowledge which exists in the strategies of enterprise organizations and the brain of employees, and it is difficult to express. The research of implicit tacit knowledge is little, because studies of Virtual Enterprise theory clearly lag behind the practice, and theory of virtual enterprise knowledge management is not mature enough.The purpose of this research project is to establish a management model of tacit knowledge faced to virtual enterprise. This research project uses interdisciplinary method,literature survey method and typical analysis method. This paper, joining management theory, computer science theory and statistical analysis theory together, analyzed operation modes of virtual enterprises which are in different contexts. Based on sorting of tacit knowledge,generalizing the flow of tacit knowledge ,explain the major methods and steps of virtual enterprises tacit knowledge. After all, the research proposes some models of virtual enterprise tacit knowledge management process in a general sense. |
