Small and medium-sized science and technology (S&T) enterprises is kind of enterprise specially engaged in high-tech products in the research, development, production and management.Its outstanding feature is knowledge and technology intensive.Its essential characteristics make it having strong dependence on human resource.With the market compensation and the globalization trend ineconomic development, key employee is considered as a dynamic factor in maintain enterprise sustainable development, which has become increasingly competitive.Therefore how to effective manage key employees, form a healthy and good employee flowage system, which has been the most important problem faced with each new high-tech enterprise.This article in the research correlation theories's foundation, has analyzed the science and technology small and medium-sized enterprise core staffs characteristic, introduced the core staff selects the method. Uses the fundamental research and the literature search method, elaborated the science and technology small and medium-sized enterprise management's present situation and the core staff drain influencing factor. Based on this proposed take retains the core staff with "the core knowledge" as the goal core staff dynamic management system, pointed out that the core staffs management process's dynamic, stressed the science and technology enterprise core staffs management already needs to stress "the retention" must pay great attention to the human to the core knowledge management.First of all, the goal of the article is to design the more effective methods through technology program, The risk of early-warning mechanism to reduce the risk of the core staff.And to enhance their loyalty to the enterprise so as to enable them to create greater value, business eventually form a win-win situation between core workers; second of all, excavate core knowledge of enterprises and educate reserve core employees through knowledge continued manage mechanism to prevent a core employee turnover the impact of enterprise knowledge systems and a shortage of talent.In a word The management of core employees is long-term and complicated work, the human resource department cannot solve the problem solely。Systematic and mobile management in the purpose of retaining core employees, in combination with enterprise development strategy, must depend on the comprehensive and continuous investment of the enterprise, which can improve the management level of core employees and decrease the outflow of brain drain.Improve the enterprise's core competitiveness.This chapter is mainly in accordance with to ask questions, analyze problems, to solve the problem in order to organize the specific content as follows:The first chapter introduces the topics of this paper the meaning research methods. The second chapter is a literature review and the theoretical basis used in this article. The third chapter analyzes the core of Small and medium-sized science and technology (S&T) enterprises in staff management problems and by constructing models with empirical analysis of Small and medium-sized science and technology (S&T) enterprises factors affecting the loss of key employees.
