The form of rest area mainly is towns or countries. With the establishment of National Park and the development of urban and rural, Size of the resident population within the National Park has grown rapidly, scenic urbanization phenomenon has become more evident, and, the surrounding areas of industrial development and urbanization, directly or indirectly had a negative impact on the scenic spot. So the Conflict among urban construction, economic development and the scenic protection is more and more prominent. A growing number of social problems has led to facing unprecedented pressure to protect scenic areas. the Study aim at orderly operation of scenic areas, the same time with the town, city planning and coordinating the development of synergies.In the research of residents of social problems, the article had used sociological survey methods to collect basic information including a large number of towns and villages of the population, industry, socio-economic data, interviews and other discussions. Then, by analyzing the data and material, comparing similar scenic, the article has focused on the development between DaHu town and Linyin Stone Forest National Park, has put forward the three mainly problems including the imbalance of land use, scenic resource protection out of control, Planning and Management disorders and has dig the root of the problem arising.In the research of control and plan of residents of social, the article has extended the existing the content of residents social in control planning, bring up the planning goals and principles in control planning of residents social stood on the standpoint of planners. Pointing to Taoyuandong and Linyin Stone Forest district different residents social issues, the article has had the control measures respectively. In order to better coordinate the development with DaHu town and the scenic spot, the article has gone into designating areas about planning of residents social, space division and the "three areas" and other important regulatory elements.
