The Empirical Research On The Production And Processing Of Agricultural Products' Small-and-medium-sized Enterprises In Fujian Province

Production and processing of agricultural products is the main strategies to adjust agricultural efficiency and increase the farmers'income, but from the view of industrial enterprises, agricultural product processing industry is always the small-and-medium-sized companies. Therefore, study on small-and-medium-sized enterprises has great significance to the processing of agricultural products. In order to research how to develop the production and processing of agricultural products' small-and-medium-sized enterprises in Fujian province, to meet the requirement of economic and social development, this paper deals with the production and processing of agricultural products'small-and-medium-sized enterprises in Fujian province and their science and technology input condition by doing the empirical research on twenty of them. Via using empirical research, statistics and mathematical models, the paper investigate and survey the science and technology input condition, the policy support condition and the requirement of it. On analyzing the data from the research and summarizing the existing problems, the paper put forward the countermeasures and suggestions as follows:improve the government's coordination and management system; perfect investment in scientific and technological input mechanism; establish the technology transfer in agricultural supply and demand balance mechanism; create some policies and laws for a favorable business environment for technology innovation.
