Analysis Of China's Agricultural Exports

Along with the economic globalization and trade liberalization, the trade of agricultural products has also increasingly become the focus of international attention. China, as a major agricultural trading nation, its agricultural trade has been expanding since it joined in WTO, while trade disputes have also been prominent. Therefore, this thesis will provide an effective solution to the problems that the trade in agricultural disputes by analysis exports of China's agricultural products.Chapter One discusses the main purpose of the thesis, research methods and shortcomings, and also states the status quo of China's exports of agricultural products in domestic and foreign research.Chapter Two analyzes the concepts of trade in agricultural products and the existing international regulatory mechanisms. Firstly, it states the concept of the scope of the designated agricultural products as well as the presence of major agricultural products in today's international issues and describing the international agricultural trade dispute settlement mechanism's role in agricultural trade. Secondly, it analyzes the current implementation of agricultural management system, focusing primarily on discussion of the developed countries'management system.Chapter Three shows the trade barriers of China's agricultural exports and analysis the status quo of China's agricultural products trade and the reasons for the domestic side of trade barriers it encountered and to reveal the current domestic management shortcomings, as well as the need for improvement in the management system in China under the WTO stem.Chapter Four explores the reasons of China's exports trade barriers mainly from abroad sides. It analyzes unfair trade with China on foreign policy and China's response to unfair trade policy, and examines them from the perspective of crisis management.
