Property management is building an important part of community harmony. Community stability and development depends on government policy guidance, the quality of the owners improvement, good community property management and qualified services as well. However, property management industry is still emerging industry in China, which has many problems and defects. People's concepts and capabilities are not yet ready. In reality arise phenomena such as zero, game or absence of the governance body, leading to a governance crisis.From the perspective of constructing a harmonious society, it has become a new subject of society management to timely and properly solve some emerging issues of property service, streamline the relationship between the organizations of property management which we must face with. Community management need a new type of property management, which relating to more subject of interests urgently.By identifying strengths and weaknesses of the existing property management, we clarify the advantages of the effective mode of multi-party cooperation. Moreover, we explore the construction methods and conditions of the mode. Seizeing the dominant force of community governance, which not only reaches the purpose to promote the interaction of the body of community management, but also ensures there is no power absence in the community governance. We can make communities property order construction out of linear thinking, to promote the orderly development of community property management, and to lay the organizational foundation and order basis for the community of social life.
