Along with market economy reform and housing reform, community property management has become a part of the current social management, is closely related to people’s life. Since the community property management came to our country in the early80’s, it has been for more than30years, but now community management involves the interests of the principal increasingly diversified, the owners, property management companies, the government and community property management aspects of interests intertwined, increasing the difficulty of community management. Community management in our country by the government push to market-driven process, the change is behind the "small government, large communities" of change and the vigorous development of real estate industry and property right diversification era background. We have to juggle multiple interest innovation management model.The scope of community property management is not only for physical property management, but also extends to every aspect of community management. It leads to mutual communion and symbiosis of variety of management methods and management contents, in order to ensure "matter" involved in the management of "people", and gradually turning into social management function. When a community management in property management increasingly take on the role of social management, and management of the tentacles extend to all aspects construction of community civilization, cultural development, etc. Therefore, exploring innovative community business management in the contents of coexistence of multiple interests has a certain practical significance to build a harmonious and beautiful China.The article has7parts. The first part is introduction, mainly discussing about background and significance of the topic; The second part is the related concepts which is ready for theory preparation; The third part analyzes the coexistence of multiple interests of community property management behavior; The fourth part analyzes the typical characteristics of community property management at home and abroad and the enlightenment we get those characteristics; The fifth part discusses the architecture of community property management mode with balanced multiple interests; The sixth part puts forward the routing of community property management mode for the balance of the interests of implementation; The seventh part are conclusion and deficiency. The innovation of this paper lies in:One is talking about the coexistence of multiple interests of the community property management model innovation study strive to strengthen the construction of each benefit main body positioning analysis and balance. Two is to constructing "more than one" management mode to meet the demands of multiple stake holder’s community property management by widely participating in management.
