Rural broker developed with the development of rural economy. They engaged in business matching services in rural economic activities, in terms of"natural person","legal person"and agricultural organizations. They propel rural economy development effectively, and also promote the Urban-Rural development. In view of low-level practitioners'quality, the Chongqing Municipal Government decided to hold rural broker training in every district in Chongqing. Training is a systematic engineering, as a mode of human capital investment, improving quality and ability of workers. But now, the rural broker training has not held for a long time, and the trainee are on various educational levels, all of these made the training face some problems in implementation. This thesis investigated rural training in Chongqing by sample with questionnaire, then summarized its characteristics as below: basic establishment of training system, innovation of training mode, achievement of target figure set by local government, contents focused on legislation, participation inspired by subside. This thesis also analysed problems in rural training are: low participate percentage, low participate motivation, imperfect contents and conditions, poverty of effects. The reasons that caused these problems are: single channel of training supply, lack of demand forecasting, poverty of responsibility sharing, void of training assessment system, and so on. Then, guided by adult training theories, this thesis proposes countermeasures and recommendations, as developing Multi-channel training supply with government as the dominant channel; perfect motivational measures of trainee in aspects of material, spirit, negative stimulating and so on; designing special contents, sharing responsibilities among government, training centers, business management department, rural broker organizations; implementing effect evaluation and so on, giving theoretic and realistic suggestions.
