Baoshang Bank's Development Strategy

Small and medium commercial banks are important forces to support our financial enterprise. Currently, there are still many problems during the development process of China's small and medium commercial banks, unclear development strategy, irrational business structure, uncompleted services and the lack of talents, etc. These problems have seriously hampered the healthy development of small and medium commercial banks. This paper will take Baoshang Bank for example to explore its development strategies and search for the correct path of development.In the first chapter the author describes mainly the background, purpose and meaning of this paper; The second chapter introduces the meaning of commercial banks and their roles in national economic development, and it also introduces the background information of Baoshang banks, including its history, business philosophy, and other content of management products; The third chapter mainly analyses the external environment of contractor bank, including analysis of political and legal environment, economic environmental analysis, social and cultural environment analysis and technical environment analysis; The fourth chapter analyses the internal environment of Baoshang banks and search for its open problems.
