Studies On The Intensive Use Of Construction Land In Anren County

The rational use of land for construction is the foundation of ensuring urban development and the necessary way of promoting the development of the city. This requires strictly controlled collection and management of construction land and land supply. At the same time, it is necessary to perfect market mechanism of urban land use and avoids waste of land. Anren County is an underdeveloped agriculture county of Hunan Province and its traffic conditions is not very convenient. But Anren has a comparatively high growth rate and demand of construction land increases from year to year. Intensive use of land resources, especially construction land, has become an important approach for Anren to build a resource-saving and environment-friendly society. It has very important value in theory and reality.1,In the basis of drawing the relevant theory and research both at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the concept and intension of macrosopical urband land intensive utilization, with the land use present situation and the social and economic development status of Anren County,from the intensity of land-use and land productivity,building the index system on evaluation of urban land intensive utilization and the system of reference standard in the city of Anren.2,The intensive degree of construction land utilization is evaluated entirely by using comprehensive evaluation and the intensive degree of land for urban use, independent industrial land areas, rural settlements land and traffic land evaluated individually. The conclusion shows that the intensive general degree of construction land of Anren draws near the phase of basic intensive utilization. Among these, independent industrial land areas, rural settlements land and traffic land are in the basic phase of intensive utilization and land for urban use is in the phase of appropriate use.3,we can find out effectively the limiting factors in intensive use of construction land and exploit inefficient use of land, starting with the clearance of vacant land and idle land. Different models of inefficient use of construction land are discussed in this article. Land use structure is changed and optimized by the industrial restructuring and excitation mechanism of the intensive use of land is established. The author puts forward some measures for the intensive use of construction land in Anren County.
