Studies On Land Use And Region Economy In Anren

With the development of society and economy in our country, the reform andoptimization of industry structure and the problem of land use have been becomingimportant topics of scientific study. Land use has an important influence onthe development of society and economy, simultaneously, which acts on the landuse instead. The social economy and Land use are constructedinto a community.At present, regional theories have been applied to practice. How to constructthe regional industrial structure and overall arrangement, to set up sustainablesocial economic development model, to improve the economic value of utilizationof resources, to reduce the consuming rate of resources, has already become thedirection of the national economic policies and the important contents ofscientific research.Based on the basic theories of Land use and regional economy andinvestigations, this text analyzed and studied Land use and regional economicdevelopment of Anren County in Hunan Province. Through determining andquantitative analysis of quantity, quality, structure, overall arrangement andevolvement of Land use, agricultural land is the core, construction land is thepattern complemented, and the land resource is in high use. It is obvious thatthere are diversities of land quality in Anren county, low in the east-southarea, high in the west'and central area. Further more, there are differencesbetween villages and towns in the actualities of land use. So, agriculturalstructure and industry structure change in the differences between land use.The base in agricultural economy is better, not good in Second and Third industry,but the latter is in rapid development. Economy development doesn't rapidlyaccelerate quantity of land demand in recent years, building land increasesslowly and land use evolves calmly. Because of the influence of the model oftraditional agricultural economy, the new pattern agriculture and the scaleagriculture develop slowly, the interior structure of agricultural land variesdisclearly. According to "Developing Plan of Society and Economy of AnrenCounty"; agriculture-industry is the way of agriculture development. It willaccelerate the evolvement of the interior structure of agricultural land, andthe Second or Third industry will moderately develop, accordingly, building landwill increase.There is low correlation between quantity of agricultural land andagricultural economy in Anren County, but high correlation between agriculturaleconomy and agricultural land utilization—agricultural structure. Drive-forceis low to reduce agricultural land, and very easy to realize the target to protectcultivated land. But the target of agricultural economy benefit increased willbe realized by agriculture structure adjusted, excellent seeds generalized and marketization. The consistency exists in the economic benefit of building landand the actual circumstance. Compared with Chenzhou City and Hunan province,there are large disparities in the economic benefit of building land. Accordingto social and economic development, quantities of building land in Anren willnot increase markedly. In view of the land demands in every walk of life, upto 2010, new-increased building land will be 403hm~2, and will require 1.47thousand million yuan to invest in them; accordingly, there will be largeinfluence on local economic development. Economic model in Anren belongs to themodel of "invest-drive" economy to increase, so it is more significant ineconomy in new-added building land in Anren County.
