Scientific use of rural land to achieve the optimal allocation of rural land resources is a important subject to improve the rural labor productivity. How to adjust measures to local conditions, since through effective and reasonable way of land conversion from rural economic, social and environmental benefit maximization is in the process of deepening rural reform, development and face the reality of the problem.Based on Anren county of hunan province land circulation status, characteristics and related issues, to build the rural land circulation model weighted performance evaluation system, put forward specific evaluation principles and evaluation methods, so as to select reasonable scientific performance evaluation of the impact factor. The system from the three dimensions of economic, social and environmental to explore the different land circulation model of influence on agriculture, rural areas and farmers and role, and to lease, transfer, stock cooperation and the leading industry drives the four different land circulation model to study represented by combining Anren county district land circulation status and performance evaluation of data related to all kinds of land circulation model, to determine a relatively reasonable and efficient land circulation to promote the new pattern, and on the basis of further analysis of the implementation of new mode of rural land circulation, resistance, and potential risk factors, and in view of the rural land circulation information unclear ownership, land circulation is not smooth, the rural land circulation service system is not sound and other objective problems, put forward the suggestions on perfecting the mechanism of rural land circulation.
