| Land use is a valuable natural resource and an important asset, which is the most basic vector of human survival and development. Because of social reform and opening up, the rapid development of urbanization, the rational utilization of land played a crucial role in the mature and healthy development of township. Not only land reasonable use have important impact on the local economic development model, but also could effectively improve the utilization of funds and other economic indicators in the utilization of resources. Based on the various values of land use, the government has the full attention and national economic strategies and policies as an important basis.This article is against the problems of Anren county land use, carried out document search, field survey, data collection, and through economic driven analysis, the impact on local economic development. The conclusion is that:(1) Inter annual changes of land use relatively slow, cultivated land is progressive decline in Anren from 2000 to 2008, Through farmland and other relevant factors analysis of correlation between the map can reflect that flows mainly into construction land, followed by unused land. Changes within the agricultural structure is obvious, returning farmland to forest ecology are the main reason for reduction of arable land. Construction land increased slightly, construction land and farmland, woodland, pasture was negatively correlated.(2) The general law of the land use structure in Anren is that the proportion of agricultural land is high, the percentage of forest land is low, transformation and conservation of forest land has great potential; the proportion of grassland is high, but the economic advantage is low; the percentage of construction land is low. This is related with Anren's social and economic development, particularly the traffic land is low. This is related with Anren doesn't have the "Big Traffic" Infrastructure.(3) The economic trends in Anren is well, but economic strength is not strong and economic output is shortage. Anren can appropriate adjusted the proportion of land for construction to improve the economic structure and the quantity and quality, improve industrial structure. (4) Anren's land use and economic development is related. The economic benefits of land use not related with the land type, but great related with the direction of land use (industrial distribution). Anren can through optimize the industrial layout to promote economic efficiency of land use.Differences of the inter recent years, economic development and land use factors in the process of the advantages, disadvantages comprehensive analysis of factors Mainly from four areas to improve the efficiency of land use to change the land use structure, and promote local economic development. First, co-ordinate economic development and fixed investment; Second, overall land use and scale; Third, the overall land use structure; Fourth, urban and rural development. From the four Respects to achieve land conservation and intensive use, changing agricultural type, quantity and variety improvement to improve land use efficiency, combined with differences of the anren land structure and economic strength increased within a certain range of construction land approval, so as to promote local economic development.. |
