Study On Influential Factors Of Investment On Anren County Rural Infrastructure

Anren County is a mountainous agricultural county located in Chenzhou City,Hunan Province,and a national poverty-stricken county.In recent years,due to the constraints of the financial conditions,the local financial resources of Anren County have become increasingly unable to meet the needs of local agricultural and rural economic development for rural infrastructure investment.Under the background of rapid development of existing Internet finance and increasingly diversified investment models,how to find suitable ways to broaden rural infrastructure investment channels,and further promote the speed and scale of rural infrastructure construction in Anren County to a new level,Making greater contributions to rural construction is a very urgent task.Based on the comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign research results,based on the theory of public goods,welfare economics,principal-agent theory,etc.,this paper studies the current situation,problems and influencing factors of rural infrastructure investment in Anren County,and analyzes the rural foundation of Anren County.The problems in facility investment mainly include: insufficient capital investment,narrow financing channels,widespread reconstruction of light management,lack of environmental concepts,and unreasonable rural infrastructure investment planning.The gray correlation analysis method is used to explore the influencing factors of rural infrastructure investment.Based on the results of previous studies,the influencing factors are divided into economic development level,rural infrastructure investment in the previous period,rural population density,and per capita net income of rural residents.Then according to the selected factors,the relevant data of rural infrastructure investment in Anren County from 2011 to 2017 were selected to analyze the gray correlation degree of the influencing factors of rural infrastructure investment in Anren County.The results show that the per capita rural infrastructure investment and the per capita net income of rural residents have the most significant impact on rural infrastructure investment in Anren County,followed by GDP and agricultural production.Based on the results of the previous analysis,this paper proposes countermeasures to promote rural infrastructure investment in Anren County: first,increase investment in rural infrastructure construction;second,establish a diversified investment and financing system;third,improve the management mechanism of rural infrastructure construction;The fourth is to strengthen the construction of environmental infrastructure;the fifth is to rationally plan implementation plans;the sixth is to improve local economic strength and narrow the regional economic gap.
