Quality management is a series of necessary, systematic quality activities which are established by a firm to ensure product quality. It combines some system elements selected according to enterprise features, to enhance the whole process quality management activities of design development, production, testing, marketing and utilization, and then turning into the quality work requirements and program by institutionalization, standardization. For effective implementation of quality management, the firm should design, build, implement and maintain the quality management system. Quality Control Diagnoses is also known as quality management consultation or quality management auditing, that is, it's to checkup quality management conditions and shortcomings. Based on these shortcomings and problems, they provide some improvements or treatment advice. Therefore, to improve quality management diagnoses plays an important role in promoting enterprises of total quality management and ensuring product or service quality.Based on detailed analysis of HYS quality management system, this paper carried on an investigation and a data analysis of the production process of HYS QC product result, including the result of purchase quality, basic product quality and outgoing product quality, further discussed HYS company's quality control model. Then, based on positive and negative evaluation of the effectiveness of its quality control model, this paper has summed up the success experience and some aspect to be desired of HYS company's quality control. Finally, we put forward some suggestions and more practical measures in terms of the manufacturing enterprises of how to improve the quality management level, and hope to make a contribution to the quality control of manufacturing industry.Based on result analysis of purchase quality, basic product quality and outgoing product quality of HYS, this paper found that the problems mainly shine through lofty objective, unstructured improvement of based product quality, delayed treatment of basic products failure factors and irrational number distribution of suppliers. In fact, these problems reflected the following deeper problems of the company's quality control: (1) quality management system has not been effectively implemented; (2) the lack of advanced management concept of quality management; (3) the lack of prevention-oriented concept of continuous improvement; (4) the lack of high-quality control personnel; (5) quality information transmission channel is not smooth.In allusion to diagnostic problems in HYS company's quality control implementation process, this paper put forward some measures and suggestions to improve quality control capability of manufacturing enterprises, including six aspects, namely: (1) improve execution capacity of quality control; (2) strict implementation of Six Sigma; (3) strengthen the cultivation and reserves of quality control; (4) establish a long-term strategic supplier partnerships; (5) implement standardized and procedural processes; (6) focus on real-time monitoring of production processes.
