With the rapid growth of economy, the competition among enterprises become more andmore intensely. If the company wants to exceed competitors and hold the rapid growthcontinuous, excellent quality is the soul and first vitality to this company. But an excellentquality needs an excellent quality system and culture to ensure. So, the first and veryimportant thing is finding the differences of quality culture between domestic privateenterprises & foreign enterprises, and to build own company's quality culture hardly.Shortening the gap between enterprises with outstanding.This article studied a case that two companies (D&K) how to deal with a same qualityissue, to research the differences between domestic private enterprises & foreign enterprises.D company is a consumer electronics production company in Taiwan, from the companyfounding, it is learning Japanese outstanding enterprises management mode. So themanagement styles, the enterprise culture, concept of quality, very close to the Japaneseenterprises. Company K is a private enterprise, also produce consumer electronics, and it is acompetitor for D. In the competition against with D for a new cooperation project fromCompany C, because of a improper thinking and handling to a quality issue, make company Klost the opportunity of get this project, meanwhile lost the opportunity to shortening the gapwith D.This article based on the analysis of the basic theory of quality management and culture,quality management mode, the necessity of the quality culture construction, the currentsituation of domestic enterprises quality culture construction, advanced quality managementmode of global excellent enterprises, the comparison between Japanese and Americanenterprises quality culture and so on, exposed the problems and defects of domesticenterprises in the quality culture construction, and points out the method of how to improvequality culture and enhance the enterprise competitiveness for domestic enterprises in thefuture.The research of the quality culture differences between domestic private enterprises &foreign enterprises will help enterprise to find the gap with excellent enterprises and to realizetheir weakness or deficiencies. Providing the guidance for these enterprises to improve theirown competitiveness, shorten the gap between the outstanding enterprises.
