This paper is carrying on the market localization, putting forward some strategic proposals for inbound tourist market of Zhejiang province, promoting market development, providing the basis and reference of policy-making for the tourism administration and the tourism company of Zhejiang province. The paper analyzed wholly and dynamically the historical development process in the recent more 20 years and the characteristic of temporal and spatial variation on inbound tourist market of Zhejiang province. In view of the topic character, it has utilized simultaneity quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis research technique such as the literature analytic method, the comparison analytic method and the statistical analytic method and so on.Firstly, the paper studied the temporal changing rule and spatial structure evolving progress of inbound tourist based the statistical reference data more 20 years:computed the change situation of inbound tourist flow using the index model of time change intensity analysed the characteristics of spatial structure using the hierarchical cluster analysis method, also used spatial centralizing index method to analyse the variation process of spatial structure on inbound tourist major origin countries.Importantly, this paper used the method of familiarity with scenic destination and market competitive state to analyse the characteristics of the temporal and spatial variation of inbound tourist market structure in Zhejiang province, and analysed the familiarity with scenic destination and market competitive state between relevance. Then, it analyses the relationship between competitiveness in Zhijiang's every tourism market and the market's importance in Chinese tourism market by Importance-Performance Analysis Method (IPA) from static and dynamic points.Finally, the paper elaborated some strategic proposals for inbound tourist market of Zhejiang province:locating the target market; promoting sale in various way; pushing on tourism informatization; building crisis control system;etc.
