The supply and marketing cooperative system is close to local apartments, logistics, production of seasonal fluctuation with the collection of characteristic, in the process of constructing logistics system in urban and rural areas, with the integration and coordination, demonstration and leading role.According to the procedures of put forward questions, analyzing problems and solving problem", the paper combining the qualitative and quantitative analysis, normative and empirical method, This paper mainly adopts the method of induction and deduction, comparative analysis, field research method, quantitative and empirical analysis method, a systematic study on the integrated use of modern logistics theory and economics, management science, operations research and other disciplines. Especially, in the construction of logistics system of urban and rural construction affecting factors analysis of supply and marketing cooperatives system, using the Logistic model analysis method, and in the analysis of stakeholders in the supply and marketing cooperative system construction of logistics system of urban and rural areas mainly uses the method of game analysis, to further improve the feasibility and operability of the project, to accelerate the research results theoretical research into the actual operation of the cycle.On the basis of briefly analyzing the research background, research purpose, research significance and research status and contents, This paper firstly analyzed and illustrated development status, the status and the function, content and other characteristics about the supply and marketing cooperative system of logistics industry in Fujian province; then, this paper analyzes urgency and feasibility on the establishment of urban and rural logistics in Fujian Province, the logistics system about the current urban and rural construction in Fujian province is not only necessary, but also feasible; then, on the perspective of the customer, the paper focuses on the empirical analysis influenced factors of rural logistics system of supply and marketing cooperative system of Fujian Province, and the conclusion is-the biggest influencing factor of perceived satisfaction is the product, followed by the logistics factors, the third is the service factors, and the three influence factors of products logistics and service affected each other; the results based on theoretical and empirical analysis is this paper puts forward a basic way of constructing the urban and rural logistics system and the main task, we must focus on the implementation of the "new network project", strengthening the service platform and strengthen the management system construction; finally, the article from the Four aspects of speed up change in the government functions, promote the reorganization and transformation of the rural logistics system, promote urban and rural logistics system and improve the policy support system of logistics system, put forward the suggestion on construction of urban and rural logistics cooperative system.
