In China, the migrant workers are important labors force of industrialization and urbanization in the reform and opening-up. They have made an important contribution for urban development. As time goes by, migrant workers are update; the new migrant workers of 80 years are appeared. They accounted for the majority in the team. More and more people pay attention to the new generations of migrant workers. On the basis of new generation of migrant workers in Chengdu, the article talks about satisfaction with the new generation of migrant workers, I using the ANONA and regression analysis methods to research influential factors about job satisfaction of the Chengdu new generation of migrant workers, trying to find out the reason to help people gain a better understanding of their working conditions.There are five chapters in the article:The first chapter is introduction. Including background, significance, purpose of study, methods, innovation and shortages; the second chapter is literature reviews. Besides gives a general overview of the subject, reasonable interpretation on theories and summary about the new generation of migrant workers'questions. The third chapter describes analysis of job satisfaction. It's the describe nature statistic analysis of fundamental condition and job satisfaction of subjectivity appraised and laid a foundation for this survey about job satisfaction. The forth chapter is an empirical analysis about the job satisfaction. First of all, I did an analysis of the job satisfaction in ANOVA; Second, I used Factor Analysis to found the six main factors out and I found the most important reason of their job satisfaction in multiple linear regression models. The fifth chapter brings conclusion and targeted policy proposals.This conclusion is:(1) sex, heath and education level are the more significant affect of new generation of migrant workers; (2) Age, marital status are no significant effect about new generation of migrant workers. (3)Social security situation, labor intensity, career development are the great affect of new generation of migrant workers; (4)Work environment is limited impact on the job satisfaction. At last, the article based on the conclusion and points out that we need to enlarge the government invest to improve social security and work environment, sharpening professional training, spread the career development and unimpeded labor force to improve work condition, and ensure rights of new generation of migrant workers.
