The New Generation Of Migrant Workers Research To The Influential Factors Of Housing Consumption

With the advancement of reform and opening-up process, the social economy has developed in a rapid speed, the level of urbanization also improved in the whole area. Rural surplus labors continuously move to the cities in a large scale, population base of migrant workers from rural area has also increased. Based on generational shift, the new generation of migrant workers become the main power for the construction of the country and the main driving force for the prosperity of the cities, but the reality is that the new generation of migrant workers and the older generation of migrant workers face the same dilemma, they can not get access to basic residency in cities, their intensity of labor and income level can not be matched. As for the basic question of livelihood of the people, housing means a lot for the living quality of migrant workers and their social political activities,the upgrade for social industrial structure,the optimization adjustment for structure of interests for social groups and the development of the urbanization in our country is effectively guaranteed by promoting the rational and orderly migration of new generation of migrant workers and improving the housing situation of the new generation of migrant workers. In addition, as a new force to the housing consumption market, the new generation of migrant workers is the main power for stimulating domestic demand and a impetus to the development of national economy. New generation of migrant workers have a strong city settled intention, and is the most easily transformed group. In other words, studying the housing consumption characteristics of this community is of great significance for monitoring characteristics of the floating population migration, stimulating the new generation of the migrant workers housing consumption potential, and helping completing the transition of new generation of the migrant workers from agriculture to non-agricultural status. Therefore, new generation of migrant workers can be mainly studied in this paper, based on the dynamic monitoring data of the floating population state family planning commission of Hunan province, by field survey region data of Hunan province, Logit regression model is established, to study the new generation of workers' housing consumption factors.In this paper, the results show that influencing factors of the new generation peasant workers' housing consumption is complicated. Income, age and residency have a significant effect to the new generation of migrant workers housing consumption. Different from the conclusion of other research, the empirical found that housing accumulation fund to become the key variables affecting the new generation of migrant workers'housing consumption, further studies have found that the reason is that new generation of migrant workers in the city's income level is not high, to avoid uncertainty event risk, motive of precautionary savings is strengthened, perfecting social security system is equivalent to bring stability to consumers expected income, thus the wealth effect of housing accumulation fund is greater than the income effect; Second, unlike the older generation of migrant workers is mainly in labor-intensive construction field, liquidity, short-termed, new generation of migrant workers engaged in industry, presents the trend of capital intention, factory dormitory and unit operation become the main mode of access to urban housing, they have higher expectations for public accumulation fund for housing construction and other housing security policies. The author thinks that to improve the new generation of the workers'housing consumption, promoting their ability of housing consumption, should start from the root of the new generation migrant workers housing problem, first of all, we must deepen the reform of the household registration system, daring to break the urban-rural dual economic structure; Second,goals must be established step by step to improve housing security system in our country, especially expanding coverage for the public accumulation fund for housing construction in our country, comply with the new generation worker's will of settling down in the city, new generation migrant workers housing market must be standardized; Finally, the enterprise must play important role to strengthen responsibility of consciousness to the problems of rural migrant workersThe housing problem as the basic question concerns the livelihood of the people is directly related to the quality of life of migrant workers and social political activities. To improve the housing conditions of migrant workers, promotes the peasant laborer's reasonable migration, becomes the impetus social structure to promote, the benefit pattern optimization adjustment, the advancement urbanization development basic guarantee. Based on the generational change, new generation of migrant workers has become the main flow of population, but also the most vulnerable to the public of the research group, study for this group is an important breakthrough for grasp the general characteristics of migrant workers and monitor migrants migration trends. In other words, an objective analysis of the new generation of migrant worker housing consumption status and problems, dig their housing consumption elements, on the one hand help migrant workers housing building housing security system, on the other hand, helps to enhance the farmers' consumption levels, boost domestic economic development, promote the urbanization process in China. Therefore, this article takes the Hunan province the new generation of migrant workers as the main object of study, the birth control committee's monitoring data as a foundation, combined with field survey data, using Logit two element regression models, to study the influence of the new generation of migrant workers housing consumption.The results of this study showed that peasant workers'housing consumption influencing factors are complex and cut across each other. Income, age, willingness to settle... ... And so on, all affect the migrant housing consumption. Different with other research conclusions, housing provident fund has become the key variables affecting the housing consumption of the new generation of migrant workers, further study found that, the main reason is that, with the older generation of migrant workers mainly worked in the construction field, liquidity, short-term, the new generation of migrant workers employment in manufacturing is relatively informal, The factory lodgings has become the main mode for city residential housing, including higher expectations for the housing provident fund and housing security policies. The author believes that to improve the housing conditions of peasant workers, improve migrant worker housing consume ability, starting from the root of the housing problem of migrant workers, first of all, deepen the reform of household registration system, boldly breaking the dual structure in urban and rural areas; Secondly, step by step to perfect the housing security system in our country, especially the expansion of China's housing provident fund coverage, adaptation of migrant workers staying in the city's intention, regulating migrant worker housing market; Finally, we should vigorously played the role of business, strengthening the sense of responsibility for the issue of migrant workers.
