With the advance of the times,the new generation of migrant workers as the "C hinese dream" of the new era of bearer,naturally become the main body of migrant workers,migrant workers have b ecome the main force of migrant workers,urban construction and social development of a n important force,many industries to absorb the new generation of migrant workers.The logistics of colleges and universities is an integral part of the development of colleges and universities.Its main function is to provide logistic support for colleges and universities,which belongs to the typical service department.At the same time,the logistics of colleges and universities to promote social reform,followed by the university logistics agencies under the various economic entities.University logistics various types of economic entities of the service sector,to recruit a large number of migrant workers,many of them from the rural new generation of migrant workers.And the human resources management of the new generation of migrant workers to a large extent determine the quality of logistics services in colleges and universities.To improve the quality and efficiency of the work of the new generation of migrant workers should be based on the investigation of their job satisfaction,so that organizations can understand the work of the new generation of migrant workers ideas,to grasp their needs,and found that the new generation of migrant workers are not satisfied with the Timely solve the problem,and better provide high-quality logistics services in colleges and universities.Based on the empirical study on the job satisfaction of the new generation of migrant workers based on the logistic service work of South China Agricultural University,this paper explores the job satisfaction of the new generation of migrant workers in the background of university logistics.This paper analyzes the seven constituent dimensions of the new generation of migrant workers' job sat isfaction in the logistics service work of colleges and universities,which is the social security,the work itself,the work reward,the living condition,the interpersonal relationship,the work support,the development prospect.The empirical demonstration shows that there are positive correlations between the seven constituent dimensions of the new generation of migrant workers' job satisfaction.It is found that the overall job satisfaction of the new generation of migrant workers in the background of the logistics service in colleges and universities is not high,and the four dimensions of job remuneration,living conditions,development prospects and social security play an important role in restricting them.At the same time,the individual characteristics of the new generation of migrant workers,namely,demographic variables,including gender,age,education level,marital status,working hours in the unit,the job of these six variables on the job satisfaction there are different degrees of significant differences.This paper puts forward four measures to improve the job satisfaction: one is to improve the work remuneration system of the new generation of migrant workers;the second is to improve the living conditions of the new generation of migra nt workers.The third is to attach importance to the vocational training of the new generation of migrant workers to enhance the development prospects;Fourth,strengthen the implementation of the social security system supervision.
