Human resource management system(HRMS) is the outcome that computer technology, database technology and network technology and modern human resource management combine together, an important component of the modern business enterprise management information system. Performance is a key element of human resource management. The establishment of a performance-based human resource management system for the promotion of human resources management strategy to achieve and improving the competitiveness of enterprises is important.This text manages the development process, present condition of human resource management system on the foundation of the reading and the reference in great quantities domestic and international related theories and the application data, and the contents of modern human resource management especially the method of performance evaluation, as well as human resource management system development platform, models, processes and other related technology research and selection.In carrying on full investigation and the foundation of analysis to a company, this system taking ASP.NET as to develop platform, adopting B/S(browser/server) mode, using the method that the modern software engineering learns, designs and completes human resource management system, with the idea of performance management reflected in the system, and effectivly implements human resource management informatization. In this paper, the various stages of system development, from requirements analysis, system design, to system implementation, the process of running tests were made to detail.Human resources manage system uses advanced development tools, gives full consideration to the needs of the user to play the usefulness of information technology, and helps companies improve the efficiency of human resource management for enterprise management planning decision-making of information-based strong support.
