With technical, ecological and aesthetic perspective, from a design point of view, to re-examine the traditional approach to human settlements and the environment, the relationship between people and resources into a new area of research. Traditional villages in Huizhou region implies a simple scientific technology and ecology, especially in the use of water resources, construction, environment suitable for living water has a unique approach in building a "resource saving and environment-friendly society" today, we should go in-depth study.Papers from the traditional village of the water environment and summarized the basic conditions of local water resources, water resources utilization of traditional village combining ideological background, focusing on analysis of traditional village in the ways and means of utilization of water resources, while the macro in Yixian County typical cases to illustrate this village, Finally, water resources utilization of traditional village on the current reference. This paper is divided into six chapters: The first chapter explains the background of the study, purpose, meaning and methods; second chapter overview of traditional village, the characteristics of local water resources; the third chapter of Traditional Village in the ideological background of water resources; s four chapters of analysis of traditional village ways and means of rational use of water resources; Hong Village in Yixian County chapter as an example for further explanation; traditional village of Chapter VI of the current reference for the sustainable use of water resources. Finally the concluding remarks, reiterated the focus of this issue and the future of content.
