| In the era of economic globalization, enterprises are faced with a variety of increasingly fierce competition, human resources to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises plays an increasingly prominent role. Therefore, enterprises also pay more attention to the role of human resource management. However, most companies do not have the system of human resource management in the actual work, nor from a strategic human resource management to personnel. Because of this, companies will face in the development of a series of problems, such as corporate strategy has not been effectively implemented, companies have the advantage of capital, technology, resources, and so can not be fully realized. Therefore, to develop a scientific and rational, workable human resources strategic planning program is very necessary and indispensable.CQYS company is a regional water resources enterprises in Chongqing, by opening water supply, and hydraulic power work for Wansheng Economic Development Zone. First of all, this article summary the theory of the Human Resources Strategic Planning and research status at home and abroad, and then through empirical study to CQYS company human resources, strategic planning study for the study. Using SWOT analysis tools and PEST analysis tool within the company’s external environment, especially CQYS macro environment analysis. Combined with the characteristics of Water Enterprises and the company’s strategic objectives and human resources, using a variety of methods CQYS company’s human resource requirements for analysis. At last, human resources strategic planning and implementation of a comprehensive evaluation of controls to ensure coherence with the company’s strategy to promote each other.The article aims to discuss the human resources strategic planning in application of CQYS company and help it improve the company human resources strategic planning and related human resource management system. This study provides some reference and enlightenment for small and medium-sized water conservancy enterprises which is similar with CQYS company to solve the same problems on the human resources strategy. |
