With the growing global economic integration, competition between enterprises isbecoming increasingly fierce, human resources to enhance the competitiveness ofenterprises plays an increasingly prominent role, many enterprises have realized theimportance of human resource management. However, in the vast majority of enterpriseshave not yet upgraded human resource management to a strategic height in the actual work,lack of human resource planning based on business strategy is the common problem ofmany domestic enterprises. For this reason, the enterprise strategy is often not effectiveimplementation, the advantages of capital, technology, resources have not fully play.Therefore, to develop a set of human resources planning grogram which can reflect andsupport corporate strategy, scientific, rational and workable is a necessary prerequisite toachieve corporate strategic objectives.This article comes from the subject of "Kite Teaching Model"-Human ResourcesManagement Program, takes GW Company as the object to research the human resourcesstrategic planning. Firstly, through reviewing the production and development of humanresource strategic planning, carding the content and steps of human resource strategicplanning, and summarizes the induction of human resources supply and demand forecastingmethods to lay a solid theoretical research base for the full text. Then, detail introduces theGW Company’s human resources situation, analysis the internal and external environment,confirmed the necessity of human resources strategy planning to the GW Company. Basedon the theoretical research and analysis of current situation, transfer the corporatedevelopment strategy into human resources strategy using the “Strategy SetTransformation” method, then human resource supply and demand forecasts, and brieflydescribes these five key planning contents: recruitment, training and development,assessment and incentives, human resources and corporate culture. Finally, evaluates theimplementation of the strategic planning in GW Company, and put forward solutions torevision and execution control proposal, forms a virtuous cycle of sustained, healthy andpromote the realization of the objectives to the strategic human resources planning.At the same time of the GW Company human resources strategic planning, a lot oftheory research and practice operation contents are related to the Chinese enterprises,especially private enterprises in human resources management work the common problemsencountered in other enterprises, therefore this article has certain reference function.
