The human resource management plays the important impetus role in the economy and social development. And it is the key factor for the modern enterprise to survive and win in the in the intense market competition. Along with the world economy integration and the science and technology progressing, the way of business management has already shifted to the intelligence management from the product management, the capital management in the world. And the competition of enterprises and nations has become the competition of the quality and quantity of human resource. It' s now a mutual recognition that nations and enterprises can get their competitive advantage through the human resources development.To promote the economy and enhance enterprise international competitiveness, we should research, deploy and develop human resources and transform population resource into human resource correctly and effectively. The aim for the strategies that the government proposed recent years is to develop more human resource and support the sustaining development of China economy.Qingdao is now building itself to the port city, the brand city, the traveling city, the sea science and technology city and the Olympic Games city. And it is a young immigration city. Since 2001, Qingdao adopt positive human resource developmental strategy, and attract more and more talent to improve its advantage on the human resource of such fields as the petroleum chemical industry, the automobile manufacture, the ship building, software and so on.The researcher firstly sums the characteristic of human resource management of China and oversea enterprises. Then research cases of human resources management of kinds of companies in Qingdao and find their problems. On the base of above research, the researcher draws some conclusions and gives some suggestions to accelerate the development of human resource management of companies in Qingdao, which would promote the city developing comprehensively and quickly.
