Urban Economic Development Zone, as a result of the increase in propeller, in the promotion of socio-economic time of rapid growth also contributed to the city's industrial upgrading and technological innovation, so in terms of land use, the development zone has been the focus of local government to consider and preferential policies in place, leading to a strong demand for land development zone; And on the other hand, in the zone land use, re-scale light efficiency, light weight foreign capital planning, re-tapping the potential expansion of light issues such as more prominent in some places and departments without authorization approved the establishment of the numerous types of development zones, free full enclosure and occupation of a large number of arable land and illegal transfer, transfer of land, leading to excessive development zones, obviously beyond the actual demand in some areas, the actual management of the zone range is much larger than the scope approved by the state.This paper introduces three papers on three aspects of the Intensive Land Use Zone study: First of intensive land use zone concepts, theoretical basis. The second is development through intensive land use of evaluation of current procedures in the evaluation system, development of the intensive review of the new index system for development, social, economic and ecological and comprehensive evaluation of development, promote the formation of a sustainable development of the business model development and to avoid the economic returns. The third is empiric al validation of intensive research, development of new land use of appraisal system. the result of feasibility and should reflect the new system will be able to apply to the intensive land use development of evaluation and assessment results be comparable. The results reflected the new evaluation system can be applied to the degree of land use zones of assessment, and evaluation results are comparable.
