Logo design is the process of symbolic elements, the article semiotics and information theory to support the theoretical basis to research the logo design as a visual symbol of the encoding and decoding process. The article will be divided into a public logo and brand identity logo, were described from two aspects. By analyzing the image of the system run for U.S. President Barack Obama, to research the rules of logo design and it under the present information age, design features and the importance of visual encoding. At last, By analyzing the above examples and conclusions, logo design vision for the twenty-first century development trends as well as visual coding how to meet the needs of modern people. Articles can be divided into introduction, the basic concepts on the encoding of visual design and logo design visions for the development.
