| This thesis analyzed Putzmeister's product marketing management policy by studying the process of building and developing product marketing management and analyzing the product line and its marketing trends. Based on the comparison of Putzmeister and Sany on product marketing management policy, I summarized some basic principles for successful product management and excellent product managers.In conclusion, product management is a new way to improve product competition and add profits for the company, but it needs supporting rules and regulations. Also excellent product managers are the key facts to guarantee successful product management. So we need invest more efforts on training peoples who are suitable for product managers. |
