Study And Application On Supply Chain Management Mode For Security Door Manufacturing Enterprises

Security door manufacturing enterprise is a typical small-scale enterprise for mass customization. It need to buy and process a wide variety of large number of materials which cause a series of problems, such as the inconvenient information exchange, high cost of logistics management, unstable quality, serious backlog inventory, difficulties in supplier management and so on. Facing the increasing individual demand and fierce competition, it is one of the important development trends for security door manufacturing enterprises to improve their operation management level, turning to the theory of modern supply chain management and the technologies. Basing on a lot of research fruits and application on that are done by domestic and foreign specialists and enterprises, this paper does some researching on supply chain management oriented to security door manufacturing enterprises.Firstly, this paper expatiated the operation management environment of security door manufacturing enterprises facing at present and their characteristics. Together with basal theories of supply chain management, main characters of supply chain of security door manufacturing enterprises have been concluded. Basing on the analysis of supply chain management requirement for Security door manufacturing enterprises, propose a supply chain management model for security door manufacturing enterprises. The business process reengineering of supply chain management for enterprises under this model are researched.Based on the above research, some key strategies belong to the supply chain management strategies series for security door manufacturing enterprises are studied in this paper. Such as supplier evaluation and choice management strategy based on the business partnership, procurement logistics management strategy based on cost and time, material classification and inventory management strategy based on customers'requirements, quality management strategy based on key node and so on.Finally, on basis of the above research and analysis, the paper analyzes the status of SCM of a door manufacturing enterprise in Chongqing and applies the supply chain management model and those key strategies researched above to the enterprise. And then an integrated system for it is designed, the structure of the system is built and favorable economy benefit and application effect are obtained.
