Research On The Establishment Of A Logistics Center In A Freight Station Of Dalian Frailway Hub

As the main means of transportation in China, Railway plays an important role on national economic development. However, the railway has been operating mode of the traditional planned economy,and this operation mode has not meet the development of current transportation market due to it has recently drawn a challenge from all the aspects. In the new situation of global economic integration, the logistics have been deep into all the aspects of industry- enterprise in many advanced countries,and China's logistics industry is also showing a strong momentum of development. As a result, the railway transport enterprises must carry out deep reforms, to promote rail freight to change and development towards logistics industry. Only in this way, do the railway transport enterprises meet the market demand multidirectional, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and secure greater economic benefits.The article discusses the necessity and feasibility that the railway develop modern logistics through analyzing the status of rail freight market. Pointed out favorable conditions and the necessity that development of modern logistics centers in the railway hub terminal region . The article applies the principle of fuzzy mathematics, using analytic hierarchy process for establishing algorithm model to analyze and determine the problem on the site and evaluate it. In this paper, to Dalian Railway hub an example, analyzes around the logistics environment, freight transport logistics resources and the current situation within the various freight stations on the hub. It analyzs and evalutes North Station in Dalian Railway establishment and development of logistics centers .It draws the conclusion that it is suitable for Dalian North Station to develop into Dalian railway hub logistics center,and it proposes a strategic planning to develop a logistics center in Dalian North Station, and the principle to form the logistics centers. At last, this paper improves the projects and measures of developing logistics, and then it provides a new idea and method for the entire rail freight industry to the development of modern logistics .
