The Study Of Methods In Bidding Evaluation Of Engineering Project Based On Cluster Analysis

The bid-tender mode has already become a major way of exchange and important controlling measure in construction market. Bid evaluation is a crucial step in the bid-tender process of construction work, which has a direct impact on the process of the construction work. So how to upgrade the bidding system and adopt the evaluation program to make it be geared to international standards is worth our study and investigation.First , in this progress,we need to face with how to set the evaluation index system and how to select the decision-making tools. So, the evaluation index system is set up based on the two core issues.Secondly, With the Analytic Hierarchy Process, the various complicated problems influencing the evaluation indexes are divided into several grey cluster indexes and then these indexes are grouped into an orderly hierarchical structure. After comparing the indexes one by one, the comparative importance of the indexes are determined .Thus an objectively evaluation method takes the place of the subjectively given evaluation method .So the objectivity and accuracy is largely increased and the influence of subjective elements decreased. Under the Grey Cluster method, the comprehensive Grey Fixed weight Cluster evaluation model of construction projects is established and the uncertainty resulted from the difference in evaluating the bidders solved.Finally, a case and its application were analyzed.
