Factor Analysis On Farmers Participate In Village Land Readjustment

Land is the most basic means of production in agriculture, and is the basis for economic society development. With the development of society, the demand for land is increasing and land use problems have become more intense. Village Land Readjustment is an inevitable choice to solve the increasingly tense contradiction between people and land, and is an important tool for achieving dynamic balance of overall cultivated land, improving agricultural production capacity, increasing their income and promoting rural economic development. At the same time, Village Land Readjustment is an effective way to attain the new socialist countryside, improve the living conditions and environment of peasants. Rural Households is the main body of the Village Land Readjustment. Having good knowledge of the basic situation of the farmers and their readjustment will could be to enable the readjustment to be carried out smoothly. However, current researches on village land readjustment with the farmers'view are very seldom.In this paper, choosing households in Liaoyang City, Liaoning Province as respondents, the wishes of farmers participate in village land readjustment was inspected and analyzed, based on informed researches, with a way that theory combine with practice, and qualitative combine with quantitative. A Logistic model was also built to take an empirical research to explore the major factor of farmers participate in village land readjustment, some solutions and proposals are given to promote farmers participate in village land readjustment, and reference and basis are provided for the government's policy formulation. The main conclusions of the study are:(1)Because of the Village Land Readjustment along with the improvement of living environment and the increase of living conditions, many farmers are eager to improve the current of living conditions. So most of the farmers wish to develop the Village Land Readjustment. But for the problem of the expense of warms up and have no place to raise domesticated fowls, farmers are concern in different degrees and affect the readjustment to some extent.(2) Statistical analysis showed that both the unimpeded of the farmers credit channels and the unity of the cognition channel hold the development of the Village Land Readjustment Logistic model results show that the primary factor affects the peasant household to participate in the Village Land Readjustment are the relationship between Village Land Readjustment and themselves, the cognition degree to the Village Land Readjustment., cognitive channels and the dependence of interpersonal relationship.(3) Towards the affecting factors of the Village Land Readjustment, to propose the following measures:strengthen the government regulation and smoothing finance channels; strengthen the propaganda and education of the government, increase the level of farmers knowledge and cultural quality, broaden the awareness channels; strengthen the Government subsidies for the Village Land Readjustment; fully carry out the Entertainment.
