Driver Mechanism And Strategy Position Of Enterprises In Eco-industrial Parks

EIPs(Eco-Industrial Park) is an eco-economy system based on industrial ecology, which is established by recycling of resources and optimal design of the sustainable system. EIPs is an important organizational form for achieving circular economy, helping reduce the contradictions between economy development, resources and environment protection, changing the way of economic growth. As the main body of EIPs, the strategy of enterprises directly impact on the development prospects of EIPs.This dissertation mainly discusses the development strategy and the driver mechanism of enterprises in eco-industrial parks in China, including:(1) The dissertation summaries the eco-industrial park, the development strategy and driver mechanism of enterprises in EIPs, and analyzed the main research areas, such as the design of EIPs, the symbiotic network, the park management and the mechanism, etc. It also expatiates the theory basis of the development of enterprises in EIPs, the driver mechanism and the SWOT-AHP analysis.(2) Studies the driver mechanism of enterprises in EIPs in China, including the importance of the mechanism and the factors. Proposes some advice to strengthen the driver mechanism in two aspects, positive factors and negative factors.(3) Studies the development strategy position on the enterprises in Chinese EIPs. Analyzes the factors which impact the choosing of the options of strategy, then bring forward the approach of SWOT-AHP to analysis the factors.(4) Puts forward some feasible plans in the development of enterprises of EIPs in China. There are two levels, one is the enterprise, another is the relationship between the parks and the enterprises.This dissertation emphasizes on the development of the enterprises in Chinese EIPs. It gives some useful advice on the basis of predecessors'work, in order to enhance the development efficiency of the EIPs enterprises.
