| The arrival of the economic globalization and the knowledge-based economy era, it is a new challenge of the Enterprise development model.As the core and soul of an enterprise the enterprise values plays a crucial role in the development of enterprise. Any enterprise that aims at a long-term development should pay more attention to the inquiry for enterprise values.For the studies of the enterprise values, whether to build enterprise values to adapt to enterprise development or nor,has been no need to discuss.Both theoretical research and management practices have been fully affirmed the importance of enterprise values.What needed to be studied is what kinds of values need to be build and how to build such these enterprise values.This paper try to answer these two questions from the oriental management thought.As to the former:What kind of enterprise values. This dissertation focuses on the basic meaning of the enterprise values and the system of the oriental management thought firstly. On this basis, this dissertation raises the recognizing of the enterprise values:based on the people-oriented, the content of the enterprise values are the status values of realizing the value of staff; the market values of the customer orientation; the aggressive values of the innovation; the interests values of the benefit to country and people; the culture values of the based on local color and facing the world. These five values are the main content of the enterprise values based on eastern management thought.As to the latter:How to build enterprise value. This dissertation analyzes and answers the questions of the "cross-cultural" with the eastern management thought; then this dissertation establishes the fundamental principles in the construction of enterprise values by the thought of the "doctrine of mean". While beginning with "doing and doing for others" of the eastern management thought, this dissertation raises three methods in the construction of enterprise values:by the guidance, making the important use of the enterprise managers and the core enterprise values; by the infiltration, making use of the self-management to build enterprise values; by the incentive, making use of advanced values to improve backward values.On this basis analyzes the practicable steps of the construction of the enterprise values, so this dissertation is able to answer the question that how to build enterprise values. |
